To Die For was where I first realised how well Kidman could act. Recommend

Really enjoyed Babygirl. A friend who saw it early told me to sneak some milk and a glass in. The experience was definitely enhanced by the fact that I was drinking glasses of soy milk throughout. IYKYK.

Really looking forward to Babygirl - loved Harris Dickinson in A Murder at the End of the World and Triangle of Sadness - your review sealed the deal.

I’m late to the party, but have just started on Ted Lasso. And of course I’m in love with Roy…. Which has led me on a Brett Goldstein deep dive - and now I’m listening to his podcast “Films to be buried with”. Completely overjoyed to find there are +300 episodes and am listening and laughing and nodding and doing HELL YEAH every time their views align with mine.

I think that 'good girl' could just be a hook that men use to target women for gender construction, because it reinforces the woman-animal dichotomy created by the patriarchal system.
